Go from feeling stuck and second-guessing yourself to having a direction you can actually stand behind.
BOOK a chemistry call
BREAK FREE FROM THE CYCLE OF PUSHING THROUGH
Staying stuck isn’t the answer.
Neither is circling the same decision for another year.
And you definitely don’t want to wake up five years from now in the same place.
At the same time, making the wrong move feels risky.
What you want is clarity.
Something solid.
A decision you can stand behind.
That’s what we work toward together.
And somewhere in there is the quiet thought:
What’s wrong with me?
Why can’t I figure this out?
Meanwhile, everyone around you seems decisive. Certain. Moving forward.
So you start comparing. You question yourself even more.
You’ve journaled.
Made the pros and cons lists.
Talked it out with friends.
Told yourself to be grateful.
Reminded yourself the money is good.
The Make Moves Method
Real change rarely comes from a single breakthrough moment.
It happens through a process.
The Make Moves Method is the framework I use in my coaching to help you understand what has been keeping you stuck and move forward with decisions you can actually stand behind.
Instead of trying to force the “right” answer, we focus on three things:
BOOK a chemistry call
The work unfolds across three phases.
Each phase builds on the last so you can move forward without repeating the same cycle again.
Phase One: Awareness
understanding what is actually happening
Phase Two: Inner Authority
Rebuilding trush in your own thinking
Phase Three: Aligned Action
Turning insight into real movement
What's Included
The Make Moves Method is delivered through a structured coaching engagement designed to move you from reflection into real decisions and action.
Your coaching experience includes:
Eight private 1:1 coaching sessions where we work through the phases together
Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment and debrief to uncover the thinking patterns influencing your decisions
Structured exercises and reflection tools to help clarify patterns, priorities, and direction
Support between sessions when real decisions or situations arise
A clear process for translating insight into action
Coaching engagements are typically completed over a three-month period to allow time for reflection, integration, and forward movement.
Book a chemistry call
Coaching is perfect for the person who:
You look like you have it all together, but secretly, you're totally stuck on what to do next with your life or job.
You've been thinking about this for a while, maybe even years, but you're still stuck on the same problems.
You're done taking everyone else's advice about what you should be doing. What you really want is the space to figure out what feels right to you.
You keep thinking: "Why can't I figure this out?" or "What if I make the wrong move?"
You want real direction, not another pros and cons list
You’re ready to look honestly at the patterns influencing your decisions, even when it requires deeper reflection and facing uncomfortable truths.
Values a safe and empathetic space where they can reflect and grow.
Coaching is not for the person who:
Expects quick fixes or instant results without being willing to engage in deeper self-reflection or personal growth.
Is unwilling to challenge their current thought patterns or step outside their comfort zone.
Is looking for someone to tell you exactly what decision to make.
Is resistant to exploring how their mindset, emotions, and energy affect their life and choices.
Is not ready to take action once clarity begins to emerge.

Before working with Sharilyn, I felt stuck. I had ambitions for my career and personal growth, but I couldn’t clearly articulate what I wanted or how to get there. I was juggling ideas, unsure how to prioritize them or present myself as the leader I aspired to be. I was stuck in a story of job titles, rather than realizing my narrative included so much more. Sharilyn helped me name the skill set I’ve developed throughout my career and my volunteer experience.
Sharilyn helped me develop a new language around my work experience and what I want to do in my next role. . And, she did so with honesty, empathy, and sharp insight. She also helped me assess the energy levels that I operate at and how to identify when I need to make adjustments. We ended each session with clear tasks for me to accomplish and concepts for me to think about.
Now, I approach my work and leadership development with much more clarity and purpose. If you’re considering working with Sharilyn, do it. She will meet you where you are, help you name what’s been out of focus, and guide you toward what’s possible.
- Yolanda R. Arrington | Digital Media Strategist
Our sessions were eye-opening and forced me to reflect in new ways. She gave me the terminology to speak confidently about areas in which I needed to grow, especially as a leader.
I faced several challenges, including procrastination, lingering depression, mental exhaustion, brain fog, and, at times, confusion about what steps to take next.
In the past, I had relied solely on self-motivation, pushing myself to move forward without much outside guidance.
Working with Sharilyn wasn’t easy at first. The sessions were mentally draining, but by the end of each one, I could clearly see the benefits, insights, and opportunities she helped me uncover. I always left each session feeling lighter, more inspired, and equipped with a clear action plan for the next steps in my journey.
Sharilyn is incredibly patient, non-judgmental, and an excellent listener. She has a unique ability to help you find your own solutions, guiding you through your struggles and revealing answers that were often right in front of you, but not yet recognized.

The sessions were mentally draining, but by the end of each one, I could clearly see the benefits, insights, and opportunities she helped me uncover.
I had the opopportunity to be coached by Sharilyn during a season when a lot was converging at once. I was navigating the early stages of launching my own business, facing challenges in my nine-to-five role, and stepping into new motherhood. It was a full, intense chapter of life, and at times it felt overwhelming.
Working with Sharilyn was deeply transformative. There were many powerful “aha” moments, but what stood out most was how she helped me gain awareness and agency over the thoughts that had been spinning out of control internally. Through her coaching sessions I began to recognize the stories I had been unconsciously telling myself and the internal “gremlins” I had allowed to run roughshod over my decisions, confidence, and energy.
That awareness changed everything.
Since completing our coaching sessions, I’ve been newly promoted, and my business is growing. I genuinely don’t believe that would have been possible without the clarity, grounding, and inner shift I experienced through my work with Sharylin. She didn’t just help me cope she helped me take control, reframe my inner landscape, and move forward with intention.

Since completing our coaching sessions, I’ve been newly promoted, and my business is growing.
I struggled with my voice and presence in sales, specifically as a woman in a male-dominated industry. I wanted to improve my business acumen, confidence, and ability to present effectively in a room with key players. Sharilyn helped me define my unique voice and develop the self-assurance to engage with different personas. Through mindset techniques, role-playing, and even teaching me the effectiveness of a power stance(!),
Sharilyn gave me the tools to excel. I feel more confident and capable than ever in my sales career and as a business woman, now with my own company. I highly recommend Sharilyn to any woman looking to elevate her career, find her authentic voice, and become the professional she aspires to be.

Working with Sharilyn Chavez has been a game-changer for me.
One stand-out part of working with Sharilyn is her way of cutting to the heart of a challenge, with empathy. This really helped our sessions to be productive, enabling us to spend time on what really matters and is going to be a lasting impact, rather than a short-term adjustment. Her people leadership, experience across multiple industries and her outstanding sales acumen, were all so valuable as I navigated work related challenges.
Sharilyn was just as adept helping me navigate life challenges when they arose and helped me get out of my head by helping me with visioning and goal setting.
- Dawn McGoldrick | Executive Coach & Former Deloitte Partner
Sharilyn is an intuitive coach who creates a safe non-judgmental space for every session.
I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of the direction I was heading. I had tried holding myself accountable on my own, but without outside support, I wasn't making the progress I needed.
During our work together, I felt completely empowered. Sharilyn helped me understand the deeper reasons behind my reactions and behavior, giving me invaluable tools to self-reflect and set personal boundaries. I learned how to center myself amidst the chaos, and that made a huge difference in my ability to stay grounded and focused in my personal and professional life.
Now, I have a much clearer sense of purpose. I’ve stopped giving so much power to things that no longer serve me, and everything seems much more manageable. Life doesn't feel as extreme anymore, and I have a renewed sense of clarity and direction.
If you're considering working with Sharilyn, I can't recommend her enough. She’s incredible. She will help you find your power, equip you with the tools you need, and set you on the path to achieving your goals and planning for a bright future. Working with Sharilyn has truly been a game-changer.

How many sessions will I need?

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy focuses on healing past experiences and addressing mental health concerns, while coaching is future-focused, helping you set and achieve personal or professional goals. Therapists diagnose and treat, whereas coaches provide guidance, accountability, and strategies for growth. Therapy is about emotional well-being; coaching is about progress and achievement. Many of my clients find value in doing therapy and coaching side by side for comprehensive personal development.
How many sessions will I need?
With my 3-month coaching package, you have the flexibility to book as many sessions as you need during that time. This approach allows us to tailor the frequency and pacing of sessions to your unique goals and schedule. Some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others may book more or less frequently based on what works best for them. This package is designed to give you the support you need, exactly when you need it.
